Today had some rough spots. Wow when you put food aside you begin to see how much the flesh likes to be in conrol. I noticed myself feeling grouchy off and on and had to really fight it.

I worshipped Jesus this morning for awhile. Felt Holy Spirit right with me. He's helping me I know it. There is something so comforting about feeling him stick closer then a brother. I want to be so close with him. So sensitive to his feelings. So sensitive to his leading.
